We are kicking off yet another challenge to support our professional, hardworking drivers. The challenge will take place in November and you’ll be required to do 22 push-ups per day in 22 days to raise awareness and promote the prevention of veteran suicides.
According to the Veteran’s Administration, an alarming 22 military veterans commit suicide every day. This is a national tragedy. Since we know many of you are military veterans, we want to show our appreciation for your service and recognize that this service sometimes comes with incredible mental health stressors. In an effort to raise awareness around mental health and our veterans, we hope this event will help make more people aware of veteran suicides and spur personal and organizational efforts to help prevent future suicides.
Those interested in participating in the challenge will pledge their commitment here: Fittopass.com/22X22. Participants will perform 22 push-ups per day for any 22 days in November. Anyone is eligible to enter, and there are no age requirements.
Once registered, we encourage you to help spread the word by posting a photo or video of doing your push-ups and include hashtag #veteransuicideawareness and #fittopass to your social media pages.
Those who register will also be recognized on our Virtual Wall of Honor. In addition, at the end of the month, you will receive a digital badge to share on social media to recognize your supportive efforts and to recognize Veterans across the country.
I’ll do for my brothers and sisters.
When I post a video for 22×22 challenge, do I post everyday or just a video for the whole challenge?
Hi Eno, feel free to upload one video and don’t forget to share on your social media using hashtags: #veteransuicideawareness #fittopass
